RETURNKIND.

Private passport recovery

A clear way home, from one small QR.

ReturnKind gives a finder one obvious next step while keeping the owner’s personal contact details private.

From protected to returned

Six simple moments. No guesswork.

  1. 01

    Protect your passport

Create your private account and activate five-year protection with one US$5.90 payment.

  2. 02

    Register it once

Add a label and optional return preferences. ReturnKind does not ask for a passport scan or full passport number.

  3. 03

    Place your recovery QR

Download the branded print pack and keep the passport insert inside its holder. Never cover the passport’s official security features.

  4. 04

    A finder scans

The finder sees a clear, mobile page in their selected language. They do not need an app or ReturnKind account.

  5. 05

    You communicate privately

The finder messages you securely. ReturnKind preserves each original message and translates it for the other person when needed.

  6. 06

    Arrange a safe return

Continue inside ReturnKind or share WhatsApp or email only after explicit consent. Prefer a staffed public handover point.

Privacy by default

Your details are not the label.

The QR opens a controlled recovery page. It does not print or encode your email, phone number, home address, full passport number or passport image.

  • No finder accountHelping should be quick and uncomplicated.
  • Secure messages firstDirect contact stays hidden until both people agree.
  • Fourteen product languagesEnglish, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic, French, Thai, Italian, Turkish, Korean and Portuguese.
  • Originals preservedTranslations never erase the exact message that was sent.

Important distinction

Recovery help—not a replacement for passport authorities.

ReturnKind may help a finder reconnect with an owner quickly. Travellers must still follow the rules of the government that issued the passport and any applicable police, airline, airport, embassy or immigration procedures. A passport reported lost may become invalid even if it is later recovered.

Set it up once. Let it wait quietly.

You may never need it. But if you do, the recovery path is already there.
