These terms govern use of ReturnKind, operated by Xtraordinary LLP. By creating an account, purchasing protection, or using a recovery page, you agree to use the service lawfully and honestly.

The service

ReturnKind provides QR-linked passport recovery pages and private messaging tools. It does not insure passports, guarantee recovery, verify every finder, or replace police, embassy, airline, immigration, or government procedures.

Five-year protection

ReturnKind 5-Year Protection costs US$5.90 as a one-time payment. The charge is denominated in United States dollars; your bank or card provider may display or settle the equivalent in your local currency. It starts after Stripe confirms payment and remains active for 60 months, with no subscription and no automatic renewal. You may renew manually at the price available when you renew. If your passport is replaced, the remaining protection period may be transferred to the replacement passport at no additional charge. Secure recovery messages and transactional email alerts are included. Optional rewards are promises made by passport owners, not held or guaranteed by ReturnKind.

Gifts

A gift purchase covers one named recipient per checkout. The invitation may be sent only to someone you are entitled to contact. The recipient must use the invited, verified email address to accept it. Their 60-month protection begins when the gift is claimed, not when it is purchased. Invitations currently remain claimable for 12 months. Separate purchases create separate gifts and may be made for multiple recipients.

Payments and refunds

Stripe processes card details; ReturnKind does not store full card numbers. Any refund is subject to applicable law and the refund terms shown at purchase or provided by support. A refund may end the associated protection entitlement.

Acceptable use

Do not use ReturnKind for harassment, fraud, impersonation, illegal goods, deceptive rewards, bulk unsolicited messaging, or attempts to discover another person’s private data. We may suspend abusive pages.

Liability

Use reasonable judgment during any handover. To the extent permitted by law, ReturnKind is provided without guarantees of recovery and Xtraordinary LLP is not responsible for indirect losses or unsafe arrangements made between users.
